We've made some changes that we'd like to tell you about!

Price Structure

Firstly, we're changing our pricing structure to make it easier for you. Easier for you to work out how much your pair will be depending on the quantity of the whole order and therefore easier to collect money. Rather than a tiered price structure, we're moving to a more fixed cost.

Online Payment

Currently, when a customer is ready to order, we provide them with an order form. The person then completes the order form with their personal details (delivery address, email address etc) and the desired sizes of sliders they would like to order. We would then raise an invoice, send this back to the customer and they can then pay via bank transfer. This has worked fine thus far but we wanted to make the buying process easier and simpler. Hence introducing online payment. Now, rather than us sending the customer an order form, all a customer has to do is head to the website, put in their details and pay online. Easy!

Much more transparent Email notifications

If you have been on our website lately you may have seen a pop up asking if you'd like to join our mailing list so that you receive useful emails like this, about discounts, about charity work etc (No jargon!). You will also receive email notifications stating we have received your design request, or when payment has been received and we've placed your order as well as when your order is being sent out for delivery. All of this makes your journey much more transparent and seamless.

Lead Time

We have always had a lead time of around 4-5 weeks (other than a small Brexit/ Covid episode) but now, we have managed to cut lead time down to 2-3 weeks, through a different delivery method meaning 2-3 weeks after you pay online, your sliders will arrive! Hopefully that pesky Covid doesnt pipe up again and ruin this!
