For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers for six years after they stop being customers. This includes contact details and information on orders and payments.

Please make sure that you are authorised to use any names, logos, images or other information supplied to create your design. This is the customer’s responsibility and Slide Tribe will assume that this has been checked prior to ordering.

Shipping times are estimates. 99% of orders are delivered within the stated lead time of each product. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors out of our control. These factors include but are not limited to delays caused by: borders and customs, Brexit, the Covid-19 Pandemic and third party logistics companies. Refunds are not applicable.

If you order initials on our products, we will need to disclose these to a third party supplier; this will be done without other personal information that could identify individuals. Placing an order for initials will imply to us that you are in agreement with this.

We love staying in touch with our customers and followers on social media. If you interact with us on social media, you are consenting and allowing us to interact with you. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you don’t want to be featured on our social media.
